Later more trial and error I've ended that the issue I'm having is due to the image format.
A jpg worked. I've saved png's out of photoshop with every possible setting I tin can and none of them seem to work.
I'll have to download the database and exam to see if it works. Would I be correct in making the supposition that white pixels vs transparent pixels shouldn't matter? I hateful neither concord any useful information for Vuforia anyhow.
Thanks!
Hello there, I'thousand getting the "endeavor once again after" error as well. I'm trying to upload a side paradigm for a cylinder target (I don't need meridian or bottom).
I've followed the documentation and the tips in this thread. My image dimensions should match that which I entered for the cylinder dimensions (circumference : side).
In testing, I decided to try an image with a completely incorrect attribute ratio. When doing this, I get an error message stating that I need to fix the aspect ratio. So I can (hopefully) safely assume that my image dimensions are correct, given that I don't get the error when I try to use my desired image.
My image is PNG-24 at 428kb size, so it meets the size and type requirements. Once more, I tested unsupported size and type and got appropriate mistake messages explaining the issue.
Either the Vuforia backend is really having trouble right now and I should try again later, or in that location's some other check that happens during upload that my prototype fails on and the error isn't beingness reported properly, instead information technology's being caught past this take hold of-all "effort again later" message.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
cylider target upload tiptop image error , Whatsoever solustion pelase let me known

How-do-you-do, yous need to have care of image format (JPEG or PNG, RGB 24bits, no alpha, no 32bits, image size less than 2 MB), and
you lot need to take care that the Aspect ratio of each paradigm is compliant with the aspect ratio of the diverse faces of the cuboid, as mentioned in this thread already.
One thing that can help is to sketch your cuboid on newspaper so to better visualize it and check the exact aspect ratio of each face, then compare it with the one of your images.
Run across also the dev guide:
https://programmer.vuforia.com/resources/dev-guide/add-multi-target-cuboid-database
Trying to upload since seven hours. Demand to end the Target as soon as possible (->Deadline)
"An mistake occurred while uploading the paradigm. Delight try later."
My Target: Width 35 x 37 x 112 (cm)
Tryed everything. Just the top, right and front is working.

@ adala88,
the cuboid outcome (top/bottom images) should be fixed in the current system; delight try once again if not alrready..
Hi attilanyers,
cheers for the images, I received them.
Actually in your example the dimensions that you are using for the cuboid are not respecting the aspect ratio of the images:
for instance, your forepart prototype is 600 x 160 pixels => attribute ratio = 600 / 160 = 3.75
while your cuboid width and elevation are 71 x 19 => aspect ratio = 71 / 19 = 3.7368
Then, you should either resize your prototype (with an paradigm editor) so that its aspect ratio is 3.7368, or you should change your cuboid dimensions (for instance using Width = 71 and Height = 18.93 instead of 19.0)
You should also verify the length dimension (I just tested the width and the summit using your front image)
Hi attilanyers,
could you PM me the images and the cuboid dimensions that you are using?
Hullo adala88, merely a quick update: we have identified the cause of the issue; this is under correction and an update of the TMS with this prepare is expected relatively shortly (although I don't have an official ETA withal, but i volition update y'all when I have more than details).
Hello, meanwhile, could yous make some "experiments" by using cuboids of different sizes (e.g. changing width or tiptop significantly), to see if you get it to work ?
This would help narrowing down the trouble (while we also investigate on our side...)
I see ~
actually tks !!!!

Hi, I ave received your files cheers, and I reproduced the upshot (also using a different image).
On the other mitt, I was able to upload top and bottom images (resized to different sizes) on a Cuboid with dissimilar dimensions.
So the issue does not seem to come from the image, simply rather from the dimensions used.
I will bring this issue to the Vuforia squad, as information technology might be some kind of misbehaviour of the Target Director.
I volition update yous equally soon every bit I go feedback.
Could you PM me your image files and the cuboid settings (dimensions) that yous use; I would like first to try and reproduce your error, and then to exclude that there is a problem with your account...
cheers for the quick reply !!
yep I've did that like you said and I switch the other browser to log in
but I got the aforementioned error message . .
